Every session starts with listening — to you, and to what your body is telling me. Then I get to work: skilled, therapeutic massage tailored to what you need that day, whether that’s relief from chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain, support for healthy aging, or help recovering from stress and overuse.
Low light, aromatherapy, and a warm table set the room; the work itself is the point: focused, knowledgeable, and unhurried.
